Brandon Schueler
Owner & Founder of Wayne Home and Design Co
Brandon Schueler is the owner of Wayne Home and Design Co., which he opened after more than a decade of success in real estate—a career he continues to this day. With 12 years of experience helping clients find their dream homes, Brandon now channels that same passion into helping customers discover unique furniture and décor pieces to complete their vision. He enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling to warm destinations, and sharing life’s adventures with his fiancé, Michael, and their three beloved dogs—Bentley, Riley, and Arnie. Christmas is his favorite holiday, and his love for the season shows in the warmth and joy he brings to his store. For Brandon, the most rewarding part of owning Wayne Home and Design is the opportunity to build lasting relationships with customers and helping them make their house a home they truly love. His goal is to make every visit feel personal, welcoming, and inspiring.
Chesni
Design Associate and Store Manager
As a Design Associate of Wayne Home + Design Co since 2024, Chesni loves being able to help people see the potential of their homes and connecting with them on a personal level through one-on-one design assistance.
She has 4 years of experience with helping others create their dream space, and received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with a special focus in Residential Design from Indiana University in 2021. Interior Design has been the foundation of Chesni’s artistic pursuits, career and lifestyle since. As a Design Associate, she also works on the “behind-the-scenes” side of Interior Design; curating home furnishing selections for clients, social media marketing, admin work for the store as well as assisting in hand-selecting decor & furniture for the store.
In Chesni’s spare time, she enjoys reading and being outside exploring trails with her fiancé, Mitchell. She spends time doing pen + ink drawings of homes for commission, hanging out with her two cats, Milk and Nutmeg, and going to local coffee shops with friends.
Ava
Hospitality Associate
At Wayne Home Design, Ava ensures the space is always inviting and beautifully organized. She manages inventory to keep the store running smoothly, and lending a helping hand to colleagues and customers. Ava enjoys creating a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for everyone who walks in the store. She takes pride collaborating with the team to ensure every detail reflects quality and care. Within the near future she plans to start school. Ava also enjoys outside activities including spending times with her family and friends and exploring new places.
